Bowl; Electric Whisk; Weighing Scales; Jug; Spatula; Baking Tray; Baking Parchment;
Egg White: 120gr
Caster Sugar: 125gr
Icing Sugar: 125gr
VERY IMPORTANT: It is essential that the mixing bowl and whisk is grease / fat free. To achieve this wash both in boiling water.
Place in the oven at 130°C and bake for 35 to 60 minutes – depending on size.
When the meringues are cool place them on a serving plate and decorate with whipped fresh cream and strawberries.
