.On the day you will learn how to make the Doughnut dough from which you will make and shape the doughnut balls. These are allowed to proof and then fried and cooled.

The Doughnuts will be of the classic shape and filled with: Lemon Cream Icing, Nutella frosting, Baileys cream and Peanut Butter & Jelly.
A fun day and great insight into the Doughnut phenomenon!

Bakers Do It Better - and you will learn more when you attend one of our courses. The maximum class size is 12 students and students work individually and not in pairs - we believe this provides you with a superior learning environment. Also the fee covers everything, including ingredients, and car parking is free.
