Our Dessert courses are very hands on with lots of opportunities learn new skills. They are ideal for both alults and teenagers and are ideal for the person wishing to make and present a "wow factor" finish to any meal.
DELIGHTFUL DESSERTS: On this course you will learn the secrets and skills of making some delicious Desserts - including (1) CHOCOLATE TORTE - everybody likes chocolate and this is a favourite; (2) RASPBERRY GATEAUX - delightful sponge cake decorated with our cream cheese frosting and raspberries; (3) APRICOT TARTLETS - made with Pâte Sucrée and our own almond filling; and (4) CREAMS & FROSTINGS;.
CHOCOLATE DESSERTS: During this class you will learn how to make: (1) CHOCOLATE ROULADE - a 5 star version of the humble swill roll (looks difficult but we will show how to perfect it each time); (2) DEVILS FOOD CAKE - it's rich, it's delicious and some even say it's sinful; (3) CHOCOLATE FROSTING: the perfect chocolate icing; (4) CHOCOLATE ORANGE TART: this delightful tart is made with chocolate pastry and filled with a delectable chocolate and orange filling. A must take course for chocaholics
Lets MAKE & BAKE. Put on an apron, roll up your sleeves and get the rolling pin out. We are going to make some delicious desserts.
Bakers Do It Better - and you will learn more when you attend one of our courses. The maximum class size is 12 students and students work individually and not in pairs - we believe this provides you with a superior learning environment. Also the fee covers everything, including ingredients, and car parking is free.
