COME AND BAKE WITH US. Our courses are hands-on and the maximum number of participants in a class is 12. Our students DO NOT work in pairs so you will receive the attention you need to improve your baking skills. We supply the ingredients, the equipment, an apron and we never ask our students to supply their own or to purchase ingredients / equipment. You will leave us with a clear understanding of how to bake successfully and the tips to go along with successful baking. We will supply a folder of recipes that are clear, easy to follow and informative.

All our teachers are specialists and we only take small groups of students on our courses. Most importantly each student works on their own and not in pairs - we beleive this is the only for you to learn.

GREAT BAKING COURSE. Thank you Derek and Orlaith for a really good baking experience! I learnt so much, including why I was never really successful before at baking. The course was really so well presented, and, I'm happy to say I have successfully made the Yogurt and Apple cake for a good friend. Also, I feel more confident now to take what I have learned into my work -to bake for the old people I look after when they have friends to tea.
