From basic yeast and soda breads to cakes and sweet pastries, this course covers all the basic aspects of the craft with the goal of turning beginners into confident bakers ready to further their knowledge and skills.

You will understand that we must apply strict Terms and Conditions to Super Saver fee bookings - they are NON-REFUNDABLE - however we allow one course change as follows:

Where a transfer is sought 7 or more days prior to the course commencement date, the booking may be transferred to another similar course subject to payment of a 20% administration fee.

When less than 7 days’ notice is given a transfer to another course CANNOT be arranged. However, you are welcome to send another person (16 years or older) in your place, otherwise this non-refundable fee will be forfeited.
