Join us for an intensive yet fun-filled 4 day course where you will get to grips with the fundamentals of baking. Suitable for both the beginner and more experienced baker, you will develop your talents in a range of complex areas such as continental bread baking, patisserie, and the gorgeously delicious roulade.

The skills gained in this course can be coupled with all 4 certificate courses on offer to then move forward to our Diploma in Baking Course.

What is the Supersaver price?

*We really want you to come and bake with us, so we are slashing our Normal Regular Fees by 25% and are offering a hugely discounted fee which we call our Super Saver Fees.

You will understand that we must apply strict Terms and Conditions to Super Saver fee bookings - they are NON-REFUNDABLE - however we allow one course change as follows:

Where a transfer is sought 7 or more days prior to the course commencement date, the booking may be transferred to another similar course subject to payment of a 20% administration fee.

When less than 7 days’ notice is given a transfer to another course CANNOT be arranged. However, you are welcome to send another person (16 years or older) in your place, otherwise this non-refundable fee will be forfeited.
