Our Chocolate Workshop is a comprehensive guide to the delicious world of chocolate in all its shapes and forms. Students will gain hands-on experience in the preparation, handling, and tempering of chocolate, and will gain the confidence and ability to whip up their own spoon-licking creations at home!
You will learn all there is to know about chocolate, including its source, types and the qualities available. You will learn by doing. First we will explain the secret of chocolate tempering and the importance of the correct temperatures. We will also discuss the different tempering methods and demonstrate the one most suited to your needs. The entire programme will be demonstration followed by hands-on experience.

You will understand that we must apply strict Terms and Conditions to Super Saver fee bookings - they are NON-REFUNDABLE - however we allow one course change as follows:
Where a transfer is sought 7 or more days prior to the course commencement date, the booking may be transferred to another similar course subject to payment of a 20% administration fee.
When less than 7 days’ notice is given a transfer to another course CANNOT be arranged. However, you are welcome to send another person (16 years or older) in your place, otherwise this non-refundable fee will be forfeited.
