Our Sugarcraft Workshop gives school students the chance to get creative, follow their interest in baking, and learn some practical skills that may become the foundations of their future. Students from junior schools and transition year are invited to begin their baking journey with us in our fully-equipped workshop and learn from our expert staff. What better way to start?

The Baking Academy of Ireland provides baking workshops for secondary schools and transition year students. Our workshops are unique and educational and the children find them most interesting. We offer different workshops, including bread making, cake making, pastry tarts and sugar craft.  Each school decides on the type of workshop they would like.
